In this newly released footage, you can see the moment when Border Agent Dennis Dickey started a wildfire that eventually cost $8.2 Million, and took 800 firefighters to put out. The video was obtained by the U.S. Forest Service Freedom of Information Act request while investigating the fire's origin. Agent Dickey was forced to pay $200k in restitution after pleading guilty.
